Jessica maintains a broad civil litigation practice. She advises companies and individuals on a wide range of matters and provides strategic solutions for managing legal, business, and reputational risk.

Jessica has particular experience with complex commercial contracts, consumer protection and product liability matters, data privacy and incident response, fraud and misrepresentation claims, construction litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and matters relating to the preservation and production of information. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries including automotive, banking and financial services, construction and engineering, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

Jessica has appeared before all levels of Ontario Courts and before the Supreme Court of Canada in writing. She has done significant appellate work, and has represented clients in alternate processes, including mediation and arbitration.

Jessica graduated magna cum laude from the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys creative pursuits. She is an avid reader, painter, and self-taught guitarist.
